Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HostPVE ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HostPVE is a SaaS platform that enables hosting providers to manage VPS provisioning on their own infrastructure (Proxmox VE and KVM/libvirt servers). We provide the management panel; you provide the servers and infrastructure.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in USD. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The servers and infrastructure you connect to HostPVE
• Compliance with laws in your jurisdiction regarding hosting services
• The content and activities of your end clients
• Maintaining backups of your data and your clients' data
• Securing access to your nodes and VMs

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Host or distribute malware, phishing, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Resell access to the HostPVE panel itself

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. HostPVE is a management layer — your VMs continue running independently if our service is temporarily unavailable. Paid plans with SLA receive priority support and uptime guarantees as specified in the plan.

8. Data & Security

We connect to your servers via encrypted WireGuard tunnels. API credentials are stored securely. We do not access your VMs' content. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

9. Limitation of Liability

HostPVE is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your nodes will be disconnected but your VMs will continue running on your infrastructure.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
